Job Description
Job Description Title: Human Capital Director
Work Location: Al Ain
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote fair treatment, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and facilitating open communication between employees and management.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, promote professional growth, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements and adjustments to HR strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirement (qualifications and specifics):
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience of 5 years in HR management roles, demonstrating expertise in HR practices and principles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.
Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication (Arabic and English).
