• United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Outsourced Services Coordinator to support the management and monitoring of key performance areas for outsourced services based on agreed service levels with various providers (Catering, Housekeeping, Laundry, General Waste & Recycling, Medical Waste Disposal, Chemical Waste Collection, Security & Valet Parking).

• Main Purpose of Job Support the management and monitoring of outsourced services' key performance areas. Ensure that service levels with various providers are met. Key Responsibility Areas: Manage contractor KPI measurement and performance improvement requirements.

• Support the onboarding, training, evaluation, and offboarding processes for existing and new contractors. Support the billing and invoice processes for outsourced services.

• Monitor and measure the quality of contractor services, including participation in relevant audits. . Required Experience: Relevant healthcare experience in a support services environment will be an advantage.

• Required Job Skills and Knowledge: Contract and service level agreement (SLA) management. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)knowledge.

• patient, safety, quality improvement, and quality assurance methodologies. Verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of medical and chemical waste management and related policies.
