Position Summary
The research assistant will support various research activities within the HCRC, including data collection, statistical analysis, report preparation, and literature reviews. The role requires proficiency in research methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to publications and presentations.

Responsibilities
- Data Collection: Plan and execute data collection activities, including surveys and interviews for field studies.
- Research Tasks: Perform basic research tasks such as data entry, transcribing, recording, storing, and maintaining data integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct descriptive and multivariate statistical analyses using computer software.
- Reporting: Summarize research findings, prepare tables, project reports, manuscripts, and presentations.
- Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical standards ensuring confidentiality of research participants and data.
- Literature Reviews: Assist in identifying relevant literature and conducting systematic literature reviews.
- Publication Support: Aid in the preparation of research manuscripts for publication.
- Administrative Support: Participate in administrative procedures and outreach activities to support HCRC initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
