Job Description
Position: Account Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture new relationships with potential accounts to expand the client base.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities to achieve account acquisition and growth objectives.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and retain clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with goals.
- Account Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage account budgets and ensure efficient cost control to meet financial targets.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Skills:
- Budget and Cost Control:
- Proficient in managing budgets and controlling costs to ensure financial targets are met.
- English Language:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Management:
- Strong management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and coordinate marketing efforts effectively.
- Asset Management:
- Proficient in managing assets related to account management and marketing activities.
- Numerical Skills:
- Strong numerical skills for budgeting, financial analysis, and performance tracking.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in account management or a related role, with a proven track record of establishing and managing client relationships and coordinating marketing campaigns.
