Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily Office Management:
- Manage daily office tasks including answering phones, filing documents, and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Liaison Duties:
- Act as a liaison between departments and outside organizations to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Maintain HR records while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and organize company events.
- Additional Tasks:
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in a similar work environment or industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
