Job Title: Engineer/Technician - Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Engineer or Technician with experience in Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film production to join our team. This role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of CPP film production lines, optimizing production processes, and leading a team of technicians.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Operation & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain a 3-layer Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Film production line to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.
- Raw Materials: Select optimal raw materials and conditions for the production of CPP film to meet quality standards.
- Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and maintain equipment used in the production process, including extruders, casting units, chill rolls, and accessories, to ensure optimal performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve production goals and maintain equipment.
- Maintenance: Perform maintenance on slitter and metallizer equipment for CPP film.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure optimal winding and film properties, including proper calibration and quality control throughout the production process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Technician or engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film production lines.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the selection of raw materials and process optimization for CPP film production, including corona-treated metallized film with heat-sealable layers.
- Equipment Proficiency: Experience in calibrating and maintaining production equipment, such as extruders, casting units, and chill rolls, ensuring high performance and quality.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and quality control with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
