Position: Guest Experience Expert
Role Overview:
The Guest Experience Expert is dedicated to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. This role goes beyond traditional check-in and check-out processes by taking a proactive approach to delivering a range of services that enhance the guest experience throughout their stay. The position involves addressing guest requests, managing operational needs, and providing local area information, all while ensuring that every interaction contributes positively to the guest's overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Provide exceptional service by guiding guests through their entire stay, addressing requests, and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.
- Engage with guests to make transactions feel like part of the overall experience, enhancing their stay.
- Operational Support:
- Handle operational needs efficiently, including processing check-ins and check-outs.
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records as required.
- Local Area Knowledge:
- Share highlights of the local area with guests, including recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Create a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
- Physical Requirements:
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Professional Conduct:
- Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean and appropriate uniform.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience:
- No prior related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience necessary.
- License or Certification:
- None required.
