Job Description

Position: Junior Sales Representative

Purpose of the Job:
The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for presenting and selling the company’s products and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics. The role involves meeting individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve overall department objectives.

Main Duties:

- Sales and Business Development:
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers.
- Present products and services to medical centers based on their potential and identify new business opportunities.
- Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators.
- Promote and sell products to meet assigned sales targets.
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff and key decision-makers.
- Educate medical staff on the benefits and use of medical devices.
- Provide product demonstrations and support.

- Order Management and Profit Maximization:
- Place replenishment orders at existing accounts.
- Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
- Verify the Customer Purchase Orders (CPO), Sales Orders (SO), and Sales Invoices (SI) with the Business Unit Manager.

- Confidentiality and Compliance:
- Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions as required.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager and Management.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a relevant field.

- Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical staff and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.
- Ability to analyze and present sales data.
- Familiarity with medical devices and their benefits is advantageous.
