Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing various maintenance tasks, preparing technical reports, and ensuring the continuous updating of the maintenance database. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in the field, a valid Jordanian driving license, and proficiency in computer usage.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Technical Reports and Financial Claims:
- Prepare technical reports related to maintenance activities for the Administrative Services Department Supervisor.
- Submit financial claims associated with maintenance work for review.

2. Emergency Maintenance Support:
- Provide necessary support for handling emergency maintenance work.
- Identify suitable alternatives for implementation based on needs and priorities.

3. Inventory Management:
- Identify the organization's needs for tools, supplies, and spare parts for maintenance work.
- Ensure the availability of required tools and materials.

4. Analysis and Recommendations:
- Analyze maintenance work, identify causes of malfunctions, and assess associated costs.
- Submit recommendations to the Administrative Services Department Supervisor.

5. Inspections and Database Development:
- Execute inspections and periodic checks on facilities and equipment.
- Develop and maintain the database for maintenance work, ensuring continuous updating.

6. Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain documents, records, files, and reports related to the job.
- Ensure compliance with approved systems, procedures, and guidelines.

7. Emergency Response:
- Handle emergency work outside official working hours.

8. General Maintenance:
- Perform all general maintenance work in various forms.

Skills:
- 3 years of experience in the maintenance field.
- Must have a valid Jordanian driving license.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
