Job Title: Manager - Risk Consulting

Role Overview:

As a Manager in Risk Consulting, you will play a critical role in supporting EY partners and executives with key client engagements, solving complex issues, and fostering strong client relationships. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, leading engagements, and contributing to business development activities across various sectors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Assist EY partners and executives in managing client engagements, drawing on your expertise to address complex issues and provide strategic advice.
- Team Leadership: Act as a key member of engagement teams, leading or participating in projects, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
- Client Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with MENA clients, providing valuable IT Risk-related advice and support to enhance client satisfaction and trust.
- Service Delivery: Participate in client service delivery, assist in preparing reports, and ensure effective communication and support throughout the engagement process.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development activities, helping to expand EY’s footprint and strengthen client relationships across various sectors.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Alternatively, a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance with additional IT qualifications.
- Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Consulting or IT auditing, including work with public accounting firms, technology companies, telecom companies, financial services companies, or comparable roles.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in IT Risk assessment and management, Digital Trust, Mobile Technology assessments, Emerging Technologies (Robotics, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain), ERP control validations (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), IT/Business process assessments, internal audit engagements, application of data analytics, and third-party reporting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and/or English with professional communication capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, and/or CIA certification is highly desirable for long-term growth. Other relevant certifications or credentials based on professional background and specialization may be considered.
- International Experience: Experience working with an international consulting firm.
- Operational Focus: Demonstrated experience in institutionalizing best practices and processes.
