Position: Customer Service Representative

Key responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors, as well as responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Call Center or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and address their inquiries.

- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
