Tele Sales Officer

Position: Tele Sales Officer

What You Will Be Doing:

- Customer Outreach:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using provided scripts.
- Engage with customers to answer questions about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.

- Sales and Lead Management:
- Direct prospects to the field sales team if needed for further engagement.
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Take and process orders with precision.

- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Handle grievances to maintain the company’s reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales, noting useful information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively describe them to prospects.

- Communication Skills:
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.

- Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints effectively.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BSc/BA) OR demonstrated experience and skills.

A Plus:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
