Job Title: Communications Senior Associate Position Summary: The Communications Senior Associate will focus on managing the Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM), ensuring that inquiries and complaints are effectively addressed and resolved. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring grievance processes, and escalating issues as necessary to maintain a high standard of communication and issue resolution. Job Title: Head of Programme (Internal Candidates Only) Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Programme Governance, Implementation, and Monitoring: - Act as the Project Executive on Project Boards and take responsibility for project portfolio oversight as delegated by the AMMMCO Director. - Develop and implement programme plans in collaboration with teams and partners, setting objectives, performance metrics, and expected outcomes. - Oversee the implementation of the programme within timelines, budgets, and partner expectations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal agreements. - Supervise the Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure adherence to governance, policies, and best practices in project management. - Identify and assess programme risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures. - Mentor Project Managers in project planning, execution, and delivery, incorporating best project management practices. - Facilitate accurate project tracking and reporting to meet all client and partner requirements. 2. Job Title: Inclusion Policy Officer Position Overview: The Inclusion Policy Officer will play a critical role in promoting and integrating gender perspectives into peace processes and conflict resolution efforts, particularly focusing on the inclusion of Yemeni women. This role involves policy advice, strategic guidance, research, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure meaningful participation and representation of women in conflict resolution and peacebuilding.
