Job Opportunity: Call Center Agent (Medical)

Job Description:

As a Call Center Agent (Medical), you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and relevant medical advice to customers. Your responsibilities include:

- Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing medical advice.
- Referring callers to appropriate medical professionals if necessary.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medications and medical conditions.
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers as required.
- Receiving and handling customer orders through phone calls.
- Entering customer information into the system.
- Performing online payment tasks.
- Receiving, handling, tracking, and closing customer inquiries.
- Managing customer complaints and feedback through various communication channels, escalating when necessary.
- Handling insurance-related tasks, including receiving claims, proceeding with approvals, and forwarding them to pharmacists.
- Conducting medical consultancy and responding to customer inquiries.

Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Medical Call Center experience is a plus.
- Language: Bilingual.
