Job Description

Position: Native Swahili Customer Support Representative

Basic Requirements:
- Native Swahili speaker.
- Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Fixed shifts from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM.
- Valid visa.

- Social and medical insurance.

Location: Abbassia Site

- Provide customer support in Swahili.
- Assist customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Work fixed shifts to ensure coverage during business hours.
