Job Description
Job Opening: Contact Centre Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a Contact Centre team to optimum performance levels.
- Handle daily operational tasks, including monitoring and coordination with different teams and departments.
- Provide clear direction, support, and guidance to the team through effective coaching and leadership.
- Manage performance through regular reviews, addressing issues, and recommending training and development plans.
- Deliver operational KPIs, achieving set targets and objectives.
- Analyze performance trends and propose corrective actions.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Build effective relationships with other teams and departments, ensuring clear communication of information.
- Act as a role model, striving for high standards of performance and customer service.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies and client-imposed policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working in Majorel.
- Minimum of 1 year working as a Team Leader.
- Very good English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and intrapersonal).
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities.
- Very good verbal and logical reasoning.
- Proficient use of MS Office/G Suite.
