Job Description: Kitchen Operations Coordinator

As a Kitchen Operations Coordinator at Accor, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently coordinating kitchen operations according to established concept statements. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to operating standards, assigning responsibilities to subordinates, controlling requisitioning and storage, participating in budget formulation, conducting inventory checks, and contributing to departmental meetings and communications.

Main Duties:
- Coordinate kitchen operations efficiently based on established concept statements
- Ensure adherence to operating standards outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual
- Assign responsibilities to subordinates and periodically check their performance
- Assist in controlling requisitioning, storage, and use of operating equipment and supplies
- Participate in formulating the Annual Operating Budget and Business Plan
- Strictly adhere to par stocks for operating equipment and supplies
- Conduct monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies
- Control requisitioning, storage, and respect all par stocks of the Food & Beverage kitchen
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on preparation, service, and product knowledge
- Attend all required meetings, including Daily Operating Meetings and regular departmental Communications Meetings
- Assist in planning and organizing special promotions within all kitchens
- Liaise with the Kitchen and Beverage department on daily operations and quality
- Assist in kitchen cashiering procedures and update the Departmental Operations Manual as needed
- Assist in formulating the Annual Marketing Plan for marketing activities
