Position: Product Head - Software

Location: Cairo, Egypt

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Head for our client, a cutting-edge AI company based in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:

As the Product Head, you will be responsible for leading the entire product team of the organization, overseeing Product Managers and Product Owners. Your key responsibilities include:

- Strategic management and leadership of the product team.

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product development.

- Providing guidance on product strategy, development, and deployment.

- Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the product team.

- Stakeholder management to align product goals with organizational objectives.

Skills:

The Ideal Candidate Would Have:

- 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role such as Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, or similar, preferably within an AI or Software Development Organization.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the product team.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across departments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
