Job Description: Procurement Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Management:
- Procure goods, materials, components, or services aligning with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Ensure a continuous supply of required goods, and communicate any supply issues affecting business operations.
2. Market Analysis and Research:
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and suppliers in the market.
- Research and evaluate areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
3. Strategic Procurement:
- Develop creative and innovative procurement processes.
- Formulate ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement.
4. Supplier Management:
- Assess and evaluate suppliers, undertaking performance reviews for contract compliance.
- Maintain professional and consistent relationships with suppliers.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures.
- Deliver briefs, updates, and reports as required, including inventory and procurement records.
6. Negotiation and Contracts:
- Utilize negotiation and procurement best practices to achieve business savings.
- Prepare purchase orders based on final negotiations, organizational targets, and requirements.

1. Relationship Management:
- Collaborate and negotiate with supply chain managers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Attend meetings and update on issues or concerns, especially those impacting targets and goals.
2. Self-Management:
- Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Embrace personal challenges, maintain self-awareness, and work well under pressure.
3. Analytical and Results-Oriented:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against task deadlines.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
5. Qualifications and Experience:
- Background in FMCG with a maximum of 5 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in import documentation and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Contract management and supplier experience.
- Preferably female, with a maximum age of 35.
