Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Red Bull Egypt, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce by attracting top-tier talent that matches the company’s innovative and dynamic culture. Working closely with the HR team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, oversee talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including profiling, sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various levels and roles within Red Bull Egypt.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.
- Ensure frequent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders to promote transparency in the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Conduct local market research on industry trends and beverage sector dynamics to support talent acquisition efforts.

Internal & External Partnerships:
- Collaborate with Managers and HR teams to identify future talent needs and hiring opportunities.
- Partner with the global talent team and stay up to date on internal tools and processes.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partnerships.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR team members and line managers during the recruitment process.

Process, Tools & Programs:
- Support change management efforts related to new talent acquisition processes and programs.
- Utilize data and insights from internal and external sources to drive decision-making and recommend solutions.
- Train hiring managers on new tools and systems related to talent acquisition.
- Lead key recruitment projects, including graduate and internship programs.
- Ensure compliance with local and global legal requirements, including data privacy.
- Promote Red Bull’s unique recruitment and selection tool, Wingfinder, to enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications & Expertise:

- Experience:
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods, beverage, or media industries.
- Strong direct sourcing experience using platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
- Proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships across all levels.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives, including change management and process improvement.

- Skills:
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyze internal and external information.
- Proficient in using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Hirevue) and SAP HR.
- Collaborative, passionate, and driven individual with a can-do attitude.

- Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% for recruitment activities.
