Job Title: Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Brand Development:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, create logos, and ensure consistency across all visual elements.

- Visual Content Creation:
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and event collateral.

- Digital and Print Design:
- Craft layouts for both digital platforms (websites, apps) and print media (posters, flyers).

- Creative Concept Development:
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative visual concepts for campaigns and events.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, event planning, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with overall objectives.
- Collaborate with other designers and art directors to develop visual concepts for various projects.

- Design Execution:
- Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, flyers, and event materials.

- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity, including color schemes, fonts, and overall style.

- Trend Awareness:
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure designs are current and innovative.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

- Creativity:
- Ability to develop creative concepts and execute them effectively.

- Communication:
- Strong communication skills to work with different teams and understand project requirements.
