IT System Administrator

Job Title: IT System Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

- IT Support and Maintenance:
- Provide continuous IT support and maintenance, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.

- Odoo ERP Development:
- Develop and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet company needs with high quality and performance.
- Ensure the Odoo ERP system complies with all Saudi government regulations and rules.

- System Efficiency:
- Test, debug, and troubleshoot the Odoo ERP system to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.

- Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders to gather requirements and address any issues.

- Documentation:
- Document technical and administrative processes, including creating manuals for ease of use and transmission.

- Technical Projects:
- Engage in code reviews, participate in technical project planning, and assist in demonstrations.

- Training:
- Train internal end-users on Odoo functionalities to ensure effective use of the system.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with Odoo ERP projects and familiarity with the latest Odoo best practices.
- Previous experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

- Skills:
- Strong programming and coding skills in Python and JavaScript.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related concepts.
- Knowledge of networking administration and information security.
- Proficient in IT systems environments and administration.

- Additional Qualities:
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian business environment and government regulations.
- Advanced communication and writing skills.
- Cooperative personal and work attitude.
