Job Title: Project Control Manager / Senior Planning Engineer

Nesma & Partners is seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Project Control Manager and Senior Planning Engineer. These positions require significant experience in construction and oil & gas projects, with a mandatory background in ARAMCO projects. The roles involve overseeing project control and planning activities to ensure successful project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Control Manager:
- Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Key Requirement: ARAMCO experience is mandatory.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project control functions, including scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project plans and contract requirements.
- Implement and maintain project control systems and processes.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams.
- Monitor project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.

2. Senior Planning Engineer:
- Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in construction and oil & gas sectors.
- Key Requirement: ARAMCO experience is mandatory.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Prepare and present planning and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize planning tools and techniques to optimize project performance.
