Job Title: Aesthetic GP

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Aesthetic GP will provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction and high-quality care. This role requires medical expertise, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and aesthetic goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the consultation.

2. Aesthetic Procedures:
- Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Ensure precision in procedures, using knowledge of facial anatomy and dermatology.

3. Patient Care & Safety:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and set realistic expectations for outcomes.

4. Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in aesthetic medicine.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and provide cutting-edge services.

5. Collaboration & Documentation:
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive aesthetic treatments.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal results.

6. Marketing & Patient Retention:
- Contribute to developing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build lasting relationships with patients to ensure trust and long-term satisfaction.

7. Environment & Support:
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, ensuring their confidence throughout the process.
- Actively participate in creating a positive, team-oriented clinic atmosphere.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Additional certification in aesthetic medicine is highly preferred.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year focused on aesthetic procedures.

- Skills:
- Strong understanding of dermatology and facial anatomy.
- Excellent patient consultation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and precision in performing aesthetic procedures.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach, making patients feel comfortable and understood.
