Job Description: Sales Executive (Parts) - Automotive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Executive (Parts) to join our team in the automotive industry. This role primarily involves customer interaction, checking parts availability, negotiating orders, generating invoices, and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for reporting and inventory management as per the specific branch's needs or outdoor sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Check customer requirements and refer to the parts catalogue (FAST) for part numbers.

Verify part availability and generate requisitions.

Negotiate orders and finalize them upon customer confirmation.

Invoice parts to customers.

Report PNA (Parts Not Available) cases to the Assistant Manager - Sales.

For branch operations, plan and manage parts inventory based on movement.

For outdoor sales, visit customers regularly and meet daily reporting and objective attainment goals.

Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation with daily reports, and daily cash deposits at the bank (applicable for branch operations).

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Executive (Parts) in the automotive industry.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
