Job Title: Business Analyst - Ship Services

Roles & Responsibilities

- Demonstrate proven expertise in process management and ERP implementation, with a strong preference for experience with Oracle products.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling and effective content.
- Show proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI and Oracle BI for insightful data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data management and analysis, including the creation of complex spreadsheets and models.
- Apply strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions that support business objectives.
- Leverage creative problem-solving abilities to develop and implement innovative digitalization strategies.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment to achieve business goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Globally recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).

Professional Experience:

Must Have:
- Significant experience in logistics or maritime industries, ideally with knowledge in Feeder, NVOCC, or Freight forwarding & container management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle modules, either from an implementation or operational perspective, or both.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of extensive experience in applying leading business improvement methodologies and processes (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma, PMP).
- Demonstrated experience in Project Governance.
- Cross-functional experience and/or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
