Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive customer adoption and growth within the Middle East region.
- Create and implement an effective Go-to-Market strategy to identify and capture new business opportunities.
Business Renewal:
- Achieve sales targets by increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- Ensure clients are fully utilizing our services, emphasizing the value delivered to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Client Engagement:
- Devise innovative strategies to actively engage clients with our recruitment solutions, including Resume Database Access and Job Postings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and capitalize on opportunities for deeper engagement and growth within existing accounts.
Lead Generation:
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, digital media, canvassing, and cold calling.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to finalizing deals, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed.
Customer Advocacy:
- Serve as a customer advocate by working closely with clients and internal teams at Naukrigulf.
- Address customer feedback promptly and integrate it into the product roadmap to enhance our offerings.
Process Adherence:
- Conduct all business activities in strict compliance with organizational guidelines and processes, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Organizational Asset Building:
- Identify trends across the customer base and implement scalable solutions for broader impact.
- Develop and introduce tools and processes to improve productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Fluency in English is required.
- Enterprise/B2B Sales: 2-6 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel to client locations as required to deliver services and maintain relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align business solutions with client needs and develop strategic growth plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience working with a consumer internet organization.
- Experience in subscription-based sales.
- Sales and delivery experience within specific industries such as recruitment, HR, or technology.
