Job Title: Cost Control Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Cost Control Management:
- Develop and implement cost control procedures for Oil and Gas projects.
- Monitor and report on project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying cost overruns or savings opportunities.
- Prepare cost forecasts and financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to project management.

- Project Planning and Estimation:
- Participate in project planning and cost estimation activities, contributing to accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Analyze and evaluate project cost performance, making adjustments as needed to align with project goals.

- Industry Expertise:
- Apply a minimum of 12-15 years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on cost control and project estimation.
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of GCC experience in Oil & Gas Projects, including construction planning, cost control, project control, and project estimation.

- Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of Project Controls is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess cost data and project performance.

- Certifications:
- Master’s in Project Management and CCP (Certified Cost Professional) are advantageous.

- Age Requirement:
- Ideal candidate age range is 30-45 years.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 5 years of GCC experience.
- Experience in construction planning, cost control, project control, and project estimation.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in cost control and project management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Certifications:
- Master’s in Project Management and CCP are considered advantages.
