Job Title: HSE Manager

Job Summary:
As the HSE Manager, you will lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the organization, supporting the construction and project management teams to achieve their goals effectively. You will ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations while promoting a culture of safety across all company activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Support:
- Serve as a leader in health, safety, and environmental practices across the organization.
- Support the construction and project management teams in achieving safety goals and ensuring overall satisfaction.

- Advisory Role:
- Provide independent professional advice and technical information to senior and line managers on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Keep staff and managers informed about changes in HSE legislation and best practices.

- Safety Audits and Compliance:
- Conduct workplace safety audits and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.
- Maintain and analyze accident statistics across all company sites, identifying trends and proposing corrective actions as necessary.

- Knowledge Maintenance:
- Stay current with health and safety policies, regulations, and industrial processes.
- Support top management in defining roles and responsibilities related to safety.

- Monitoring and Handling:
- Oversee the Loss Prevention Compliance Review (LPCR), Safety Management System (SMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and third-party compliance audits.
- Ensure the implementation, updating, reviewing, and auditing of the Company HSE Systems in line with corporate guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience:
- Proven HSE experience on overseas projects, particularly with Saudi Aramco.

- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of professional HSE practices.

- Specialty:
- Expertise as an HSE Specialist.

- Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to organize teams and lead construction safety initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
