Job Title: Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of EDR/XDR (Endpoint Detection and Response/Extended Detection and Response) solutions, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues related to the project.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and resolve these risks effectively.

- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and provide support to team members.

- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with industry best practices and organizational policies.

- Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure that project costs remain within the approved budget.

- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, challenges, and outcomes.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on security projects, including EDR/XDR solutions.

- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of EDR/XDR technologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and standards.

- Project Management Skills:
- Proven track record of managing complex IT and security projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
