Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Market Research & Customer Identification:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Sales Targets & Performance:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals as set by the company.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of the customer.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and interactions.
- Industry Knowledge & Reporting:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings and report on sales performance, strategies, and outcomes.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of success in sales with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Industry-specific experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Language:
- Fluent in English.
