Job Description
Job Title: Venue Staff/Admin
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Clerical Tasks:
- Perform general clerical duties including organizing and filing all paperwork related to tests administered.
- Examinee Management:
- Check in examinees, verify their identification, and explain the exam process to ensure smooth operation.
- Ad Hoc Duties:
- Perform other administrative and support duties as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Computer savvy with proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work timings and locations.
- Visa Requirements:
- Applicants with a FAMILY/DEPENDENT VISA are encouraged to apply (we will assist with the work permit application).
- Applicants with an EMPLOYMENT VISA can also apply, provided they have an NOC (No Objection Certificate) or Secondment Letter.
