Job Title: 3D Visualiser

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D visualisations and renderings of interior spaces, focusing on fitout projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure designs align with project specifications and client expectations.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into 3D models and renderings as needed.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and techniques to continuously improve visualisation quality.

Requirements
- Qualification:
- Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser with a focus on fitout and interior work.
- Previous experience working on hotel projects is essential.
- GCC experience is required.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction methods.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into 3D models.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Availability:
