Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contribute to all activities of the Accounts Payable / Order to Procure (OTP) department, ensuring timely and accurate payments and maintenance of related accounts.
- Assist in the efficient overall operation of the Accounts Payable / OTP department as needed.
- Support and uphold a robust control and compliance environment in alignment with policy, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Serve as a business partner to various internal and external stakeholders, including Human Resources, Supply Management, Commercial, and Operations.
- Participate in relevant Finance development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the finance lead in training and developing finance professionals to foster a best-in-class finance team.
- Contribute to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in analyzing large volumes of complex financial information to generate reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues collaboratively and proactively prevent potential problems.
- Initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement necessary elements for team responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Ability to develop presentations and effectively communicate with all levels of the company, hotels, and owners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new programs.
- Additional preference for a university degree in Accounting or Finance.
