Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design Development:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements for architectural or interior design projects.
- Manage design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Project Proposals:
- Develop and present project proposals, including design concepts, timelines, and budgets.

- Technical Drawings:
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research on feasibility and environmental impact for projects and compile reports.

- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations throughout the design and construction process.

- Budget Management:
- Determine project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to both throughout the project lifecycle.

- Team Collaboration:
- Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals, including contractors and engineers.

- Creativity and Visualization:
- Utilize strong creative and visualization skills to adjust designs and plans according to client feedback and needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field (Interior Design).

- Experience:
- Previous experience as an Architect or Interior Designer is preferred.
- Experience in Fit Out projects is required.

- Skills:
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
