Job Title: Assistant Manager - Customer Success

Job Overview
KOI is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager in Customer Success to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Success and will involve providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be solution-oriented, and have a background in customer service and account management, preferably within the B2B startup space.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via various channels (telephone, email, online chat) to provide support and information on our travel services.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information or escalate issues to appropriate staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Customer Success.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to quickly learn and utilize new software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to customer success.
- Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
- Physical ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and using a computer.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B startup environment.
- Experience in the travel industry for at least 2 years.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
