Job Title: BIM Modeler - Top Construction Firm, Dubai, UAE

Company Overview:
A leading construction company in the UAE, known for its innovative and high-quality projects, is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler / Architect with proven experience in the UAE/GCC region to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit or similar BIM software.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and integrate design changes into BIM models.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate, current, and compliant with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve clashes and conflicts within BIM models.
- Assist in creating construction drawings and other project documentation based on BIM models.
- Conduct quality checks on BIM models to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Support BIM implementation and training initiatives within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role within an architectural or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards (e.g., LOD, COBie), and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with Navisworks, Dynamo, or other BIM-related tools is advantageous.
