Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B sales of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead sales efforts to close new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
- Presentations:
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress towards business goals.
- Industry Exposure:
- Leverage exposure to Document Management and Print Management solutions to enhance business development efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience, particularly in software solutions.

- Languages:
