Job Title: Business Development Manager – Forex/Equity Trading

Roles & Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Meet potential customers to inform them about the Forex Trading Platform products and services offered.
- Client Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new clients and achieving the sales target of initial deposits on a monthly basis.
- Client Training: Provide training to clients on margin trades, leverage, technical analysis with indicators, fundamental analysis, and other related terms and processes.
- Platform Education: Educate clients about the company’s platforms, trading products, and account procedures including opening, depositing, and withdrawing.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve client complaints professionally and courteously.
- Client Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain relationships and drive business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Forex Trading Sales within the UAE region is a must.
- Specialization: Specialized in Forex and CFDs on commodities, metals, equities, and indices.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated with minimal supervision required.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Deep knowledge of Forex trading, share market, margin trades, leverage, technical and fundamental analysis.
