Job Description: Customer Service Team Leader
Job Summary:
Our client is a group holding company for men's and women's fashion shops. They are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to oversee and optimize customer service operations.
Job Description:
- Assist in formulating targets for individuals and teams.
- Hire and onboard new employees.
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Anticipate escalations and take over calls when needed.
- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated.
- Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting, etc.
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance and established procedures.
- Keep management informed of issues and problems.
- Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Flexible with rotational shifts.
- Experience in customer service is essential.
- Proficient in English; very good up to fluent.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented approach.
