Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing numerous inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients, primarily focusing on room reservations.
Identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
Implementing upselling strategies for additional products wherever applicable.
Adhering to the customer service script provided by the company to ensure uniformity in communication.
Maintaining a strong understanding of company policies and the website to address frequently asked questions and policy-related queries effectively.
Skills:
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
Immediate availability for employment.
Age limit: 35 years.
Preferred experience in managing reservations within the hospitality or travel industry.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
