Job Title: Civil Draftsman

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Drawing Preparation:
- Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

- Review and Revisions:
- Review and revise drawings to incorporate changes and ensure accuracy.

- Building Plans:
- Create building plans that align with project specifications and requirements.

- Regulations Compliance:
- Ensure drawings meet building codes and other regulatory standards.

- 3D Modeling:
- Create 3D models and make necessary modifications to existing designs.

- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of drawings.

Architectural Draftsman Skills:

- Drafting
- CAD (Computer-Aided Design)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software

Architectural Draftsman Requirements:

- Education:
- Degree in architecture or drafting.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the field.

- Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software and construction materials.
