Position Overview

As a Cleaner/Washroom Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our washroom facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all washrooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked to provide a pleasant experience for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and Sanitize: Perform cleaning and sanitization of washroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, using designated cleaning agents and equipment.

- Restock Supplies: Monitor and restock washroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as necessary to maintain adequate levels for guests and employees.

- Dispose of Trash: Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in designated containers, ensuring cleanliness in surrounding areas.

- Maintain Public Areas: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public areas surrounding washrooms to uphold overall hygiene standards.

- Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues or damages to washroom facilities promptly to appropriate personnel for resolution.

- Adhere to Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all.

- Follow Cleaning Schedules: Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframes.

- Professional Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

- Handle Cleaning Products: Safely handle and store cleaning products and equipment according to safety procedures.

- Assist with Other Duties: Assist with other cleaning duties and tasks as assigned by management to support overall cleanliness and operations.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience as a cleaner or washroom attendant preferred.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment used in washroom cleaning.

- Independence: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning duties.

- Physical Stamina: Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
