Job Description:
As a Payment Operations Associate at BitOasis, you will play a crucial role in the daily payment transaction processing, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of deposit and withdrawal operations. This role involves reconciling transactions, contributing to process improvements, and handling various back-office duties related to disbursement and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily payment transaction processing.
- Mark deposits as paid and reconcile received deposits vs. paid deposits.
- Process withdrawals and reconcile processed withdrawals vs. sent withdrawals.
- Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency by adopting best business practices.
- Handle various back-office duties related to disbursement and payments as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Junior/entry-level with at least 1 year of experience.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficient in English (both writing and speaking).
- Time management and communication skills.
- Flexible working hours (6 days a week, including Friday and Saturday shifts).
