Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock market broking or advisory services and excel in client engagement and relationship-building. This role involves actively managing client relationships, achieving daily funding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
- Proactively engage with clients via phone calls to encourage active trading.
- Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
2. Target Achievement:
- Achieve daily targets for funding through proactive communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company, including funding targets and client retention goals.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs, preferences, and market trends.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
- Provide informed advice and recommendations to clients based on market insights.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a stock market broking or advisory firm or in telesales.
- Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of the stock market, trading account processes, and financial products.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and earn incentives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Other Requirements:
- Applicant must have their own Visa (preferable).
