Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a pivotal member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, social media).
2. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
7. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
2. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
