Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to drive the entire cycle of the recruitment process
- Good knowledge of CRM/help desk software project management tools
- Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in a multitasking regime
- Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customers’ issues
- High level of organization and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process
- Provide training and educational resources to customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Advocate for the customer within the company, representing their interests
- Drive customer retention and expansion by ensuring customers are satisfied
- Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns to identify potential risks
- Gather feedback from customers and distill insights to help improve the service
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer success
