Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling inquiries, coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, and managing customer accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients upon arrival with a positive and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming calls and messages for inquiries, bookings, and pick-up requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries by liaising between drivers and customers, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- Provide accurate and first-hand information to customers during inquiries and assist with front-of-house tasks.
- Sort laundry according to customer requests and communicate specific instructions to the operations team.
- Confirm any damages or issues with customers, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and information tracking.
