Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst (Excel Expert)

Dutco Construction is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in Excel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing advanced Excel templates, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes within the department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Developing Macro-Based Templates: Design and implement advanced Excel templates with macros to streamline data management and reporting processes.

2. Controlled Templates Establishment: Work on the large-scale deployment of controlled templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in data handling.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel features to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making within the department.

4. Collaboration and Training: Assist team members in understanding and utilizing newly developed templates, including conducting training sessions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. UAE/MOFA Attested Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields, attested by UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in developing Excel macro-based templates.

3. Relevant Experience: At least 2-8 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.

4. Template Management: Experience in managing and deploying controlled templates within a large organization.

5. Advanced Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
