Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- SEO/SEM Management: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Website Management: Oversee the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Proficient in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Experience with: Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, marketing automation tools, and graphic design software.
